Salted mango & Shallot Chutney (Uppumanga ulli chammanthi)

Here is one among the favourite chutnies/chammanthies mentioned in my unda chammanthi recipe

  • Salted Mangoes : 2 Medium
  • Shallots : 3-4 medium
  • Green Chilli (Bird’s eye chilli) : 2-3 Nos
  • Oil : 2 teaspoons

Cut and add salted mangoes, shallots and green chillies in a mixer and do a pulse. Take out and pour oil on top of it and mix well. Add salt if required.

Enjoy it with Rice porridge!!
