Chickoo milk shake is a well known drink all over India. You might be thinking that, what’s the big deal in posting such a simple recipe? Am sure its worth trying out as it has some tricks to get a yummy shake 🙂
To get 3 big glasses of Sapota Shake:
Ingredients:
- Chickoo/Sapota : 4-5 medium
- Milk : 500 ml (Frozen)
- Milk powder : 3-4 teaspoons
- Sugar : 1/2cup
- Horlicks : 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Step 1: Boil milk and let it cool down. Freeze this milk.
Step 2: Take out the frozen milk and crush it manually into smaller pieces.
Step 3: Peel sapota skin and also take out all seeds.
Step 4: Add frozen milk pieces and sugar in a mixer and grind it. Add milk powder, sapotas and horlicks also into the mixer and mix again.
Step 5: Pour into glasses and serve.
Enjoy hot summer with chilled shake!!
