Ingredients
- Grated Beetroot : 1 Cup
- Chilli Powder : 1 tablespoon (Add more if you like it spicy)
- Salt : 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Vinegar : 3-4 table spoons (Or more depending on your taste)
Preparation
Add grated Beetroot, chilli powder, salt and vinegar and mix well. Your Beetroot pickle is ready to use!
