I decided today is the day for healthy snacking. But healthy doesn’t have to be tasteless, right? With the very healthy arrowroot powder and honey, we can make melt-in-the-mouth goodness in an instant (well, almost an instant 🙂 )
Ingredients
- Arrowroot Powder : 1/4 Cup
- Maida (All purpose flour) : 1/4 cup
- Milk Powder : 1 table spoon
- Honey : 2 tablespoon
- Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder : A pinch (Optional – Varies the crispiness)
- Milk : 1 tablespoon
- Butter : 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step1 : Mix arrowroot powder, Maida , Milk powder and sugar very well. Add honey and mix again thoroughly.
Step2 : Add milk. Kneed and make a soft dough. It would be slightly sticky.
Step3 : Add half of the butter and kneed again.
Step4 : Add butter on your palm and take a small portion of dough. Make small ball and press using your hand. Using cookie cutter and make your desired shape.
Step5: Keep this on a tray (using butter paper) and bake for 15 – 20 minutes in 180degree Celsius.
