Here is one among the favourite chutnies/chammanthies mentioned in my unda chammanthi recipe
- Salted Mangoes : 2 Medium
- Shallots : 3-4 medium
- Green Chilli (Bird’s eye chilli) : 2-3 Nos
- Oil : 2 teaspoons
Cut and add salted mangoes, shallots and green chillies in a mixer and do a pulse. Take out and pour oil on top of it and mix well. Add salt if required.
Enjoy it with Rice porridge!!
